ADVERTISING POLICY FOR ONOFRIO'S WEB SITE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Onofrio reserves the right to be the sole judge in determining an ad's suitability for its web site.

2. Suitable criteria for ads are:

a. provide a service to the dog fancy

b. products that interest the dog fancy

c. provide help or have an educational content

d. events that interest the dog fancy

3. Onofrio reserves the right to reject, decline or cancel ads for any reason, at any time, without liability, even though previously accepted.

4. The advertiser and its agency, if there is one, agree to indemnify and save harmless Onofrio Dog Shows against all loss, liability, damage and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from a presence on Onofrio's web site.

5. Rates and other conditions are subject to change upon notice from Onofrio Dog Shows.

6. Advertisers must be in good standing with the AKC.
